Why overnight oats?

A great dish for those on the go and on a budget, prep toppings ahead of time for a grab-and-go morning!

Pick your choice of oat, milk, sweetener, and 4-5 toppings. Overnight oats can be dressed up in so many different ways.
3. Tasty Call it a healthy alternative, a filling breakfast or snack. Simply dessert on the go.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Milk
1 tablespoon of Sweetener
1/2 - 1 tablespoon of each topping of your choice
The options are endless, get creative.
Procedure:
In a mason jar or container with a lid, combine oats, milk, and sweetener. Stir. Note: save the toppings for later! however, if you are adding in chia seeds or nut butter, you can stir these in now.
Ensure oats are completely covered with liquid, seal jar/container with lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Remove from refrigerator, stir once more.
You can enjoy this as is however we recommend adding your toppings now! Optional: heat for 30-40 seconds if you prefer it warm.
Overnight oats can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
