Ingredients
4 cups Water (1 quart/1 litre, filtered or bottled)
1 Ginger Root
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, peel and slice ginger.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large glass carafe or pitcher.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Strain before serving.
Enjoy.
